Standard delivery usually takes around 1-4 business days after order has been packaged. Please note that couriers do not deliver over weekends so should your parcel not arrive on a Friday, the next scheduled delivery will be Monday.

If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days please contact us via email and we will look into the details.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging cannot be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
